The Role: Junior Dialer Administrator
This role is central to managing dialer systems and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for configuration, monitoring, analytics, and providing first-line support to keep operations running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1+ year of experience in IT support, data analytics, or contact centre systems

  • Implement and manage daily dialer campaigns

  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs

  • Conduct system audits and efficiency checks

  • Create reports and provide insights to stakeholders

  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends and recommend improvements

  • Liaise with IT and vendors to resolve issues

  • Document processes and provide client support

About You

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics; IT Diploma/Degree preferred

  • SQL knowledge and advanced Excel skills

  • Familiarity with dialer or contact centre systems is an advantage

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Organised, reliable, and able to work shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
