Billing Expectation: R150,000 R250,000 per month consistently

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of consistently billing between R150,000 R250,000 per month. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, business development, and talent acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and can deliver top-tier candidates to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, ensuring quality hires.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and candidates.

Utilize innovative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract top talent.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client needs.

Provide market insights and recruitment trends to clients and stakeholders.

Business Development & Client Management:

Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the companys client base.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.

Consistently achieve and exceed billing targets through strong client and candidate management.

Strategic Recruitment & Market Intelligence:

Develop recruitment strategies that align with market trends and company goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment best practices.

Guide and mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance.

Performance & Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM system.

Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and recruitment regulations.

Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring an efficient hiring process.

Key Requirements:

5-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.

Proven track record of consistent billing between R150,000 R250,000 per month.

Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

Expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and executive search methodologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Knowledge of South African labour laws and recruitment compliance.

Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
