Location: Maitland CTP

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC machines with high precision, particularly 3- and 4-axis CNC milling and CNC lathe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines using Fanuc controls.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Fusion 360, Mastercam, or EdgeCam.
• Qualify new parts for production from planning to final inspection.
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments.
• Ensure high precision and quality in all machined components.
• Work efficiently in a mass production environment while optimizing processes.

Requirements:

• Certified Red Seal Qualification (Machinist or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating.
• Strong knowledge of 3- and 4-axis CNC milling and CNC lathe operations.
• Proficiency in CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or EdgeCam).
• Experience with materials like aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, and polymers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and implement effective clamping techniques.
• Experience in a mass production environment (highly preferred).
