Senior IT Support Engineer - VMware

We are excited to announce an opening for an IT Support Engineer , a company known for its bold approach to innovation and customer-centric solutions. As an IT Support Engineer in our Managed IT Services group, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with their IT infrastructure, helping them with everything from VMware ESXi to troubleshooting network and system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V administration.
• Citrix administration and Cloud Computing (Oracle Cloud preferred).
• Windows Server (2016-2022) and Workstation (Win7-Win11).
• RedHat/Linux administration and networking.
• Troubleshooting, scripting (UNIX/Linux and Windows Batch/PowerShell), and documentation.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• Expertise with both UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills.
• Experience with VMware, Citrix, and Windows SQL.

Desirable Certifications:

• Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, VMware, or RedHat certifications are a plus.
