Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
    • Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries from clients and candidates promptly.
  • Recruitment Assistance:
    • Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications.
    • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
    • Maintain and update candidate databases and CRM systems.
  • Data Management:
    • Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and reports.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.
  • Social Media & Marketing:
    • Assist in managing the companys social media presence and create engaging content.
    • Support the marketing team in email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide support to clients and candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the recruitment industry or HR-related roles.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
