Job Title: Telesales Representative
Location: Remote (Within South Africa)
Salary Package: R10k basic salary/month; and Commission (In pounds)
You will be working with the UK market and UK-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to explain their features and benefits to customers.Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.Handle Objections: Overcome customer objections and turn them into opportunities to close sales.Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals.Update CRM: Keep records of customer interactions, track sales, and update databases with customer details.Provide Information: Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability.Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints or issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.Collaborate with Team: Work with sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and to share best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12 / High School Certificate, Additional qualifications are advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred and recommended. Training will be provided.
