Line Quality Supervisor

Line Quality Supervisor - Montague Gardens, Cape Town - Salary: R10,800 CTC

Are you passionate about quality and food safety? We're looking for a detail-oriented Line Quality Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 minimum
• Food Safety and/or Quality certifications (advantageous)
• At least 2 years of quality control experience in the food industry
• Strong computer literacy



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality checks across production, packing, and dispatch areas

• Manage a team of line quality controllers to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure systems such as printers and computers are always functional

• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and daily supervision

• Report directly to the Food Safety & Quality Manager
