Were on the hunt for a performance marketing powerhouse to lead our paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels. If you live for the numbers but think like a creative, this role is calling your name.
You will build, scale, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns that drive real business impact. From tracking scripts and attribution models to ad creatives and team leadership - you will own it all.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in performance marketing or paid media across platforms.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
- Strong grasp of segmentation, targeting, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mind with hands-on execution chops.
- Leadership experience with a collaborative mindset.
Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B is a huge plus.
