Sales Administrator (FMCG) 6-Month Contract
Location: Mobeni
Salary: R15,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and efficient individual to join our team in Mobeni on a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Management:
- Receive and process orders from Reps and Agents.
- Ensure pricing is vetted and accurate before processing orders.
- Address any discrepancies and queries with Reps/Agents.
- Capture orders into the accounting system with precision.
- Maintain accurate records and update the order system regularly.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and distribute sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly), including:
- Month-to-Date (MTD) Reports
- Weekly Sales Meeting Reports
- Customer Reviews
- Monthly Business Review (MBR) Reports
- Sales Tonnage Reports
- Rep/Agent Performance Reviews
- Incentive Tracking
- Mass Balance Reports
Cross-Departmental Support:
- Assist the debtors team with claims and queries.
- Support the supply chain team with order-related issues.
- Provide necessary documentation for annual financial audits.
- Update and distribute price lists to Reps and customers.
- Generate and send proformas and quotes to customers and sales teams.
- Manage product listings with customers.
- Handle any additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales administration.
- Strong proficiency in order processing and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in accounting/order processing software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
