Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with MHC and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer PMB and CDL treatment plan authorizations.
- Prepare, refer, and finalize PMB applications for both in-hospital and out-of-hospital members.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of PMB applications with minimal errors.
- Load and process PMB applications under the scheme rules.
