Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with MHC and administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer PMB and CDL treatment plan authorizations.
  • Prepare, refer, and finalize PMB applications for both in-hospital and out-of-hospital members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of PMB applications with minimal errors.
  • Load and process PMB applications under the scheme rules.
