Factory Stock Control - Atlantis

Were currently looking for a Factory Stock Control Supervisor to join a Plastic Manufacturing company based in Atlantis. This role offers a competitive salary of R30,000 - R35,000 per month and is ideal for someone with strong experience in production, manufacturing, and assembly stock control.

Key Requirements:

Must live within 35 km of Atlantis
Strong mathematical skills ability to work with numbers accurately
Experience in production, manufacturing, and assembly
Computer literate able to work with spreadsheets and reporting tools
Cost Accounting qualification or experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock & Inventory Management: Oversee raw materials, production stock, and finished goods.
• BOMs & Buying: Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and handle procurement of raw materials.
• Stock Counts & Audits: Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and month-end stock takes.
• Production & Warehouse Coordination: Compare production figures with actual stock on hand (good stock, seconds, waste).
• Planning & Forecasting: Assist with basic forecasting and production planning.
• Variance Investigations: Identify and resolve discrepancies between reported vs. actual stock.
• Team Management: Supervise two subordinates and oversee warehouse movements.
• Reporting: Ensure accurate stock reporting and provide insights on stock movement trends.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
