PURPOSE:

  • Extract and analyze data to monitor product and process performance.
  • Support defect reduction strategies.
  • Manage the calibration process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Technical National Higher Diploma
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Green Belt advantageous)

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years in Quality, Process, or Statistical environments (3 to 5 years preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and improve statistical reports for process monitoring.
  • Use macros and visualization tools to track defects and product quality.
  • Extract and analyze SAP data for scrap and claims insights.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support Six Sigma and CI projects with data analysis.
  • Assist in Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for process improvements.

Calibration Management

  • Ensure timely calibration of measuring equipment via Shopware.
  • Maintain accurate service records for traceability.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong statistical analysis (MSA, SPC)
  • Data extraction & visualization (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, SAP, Shopware)
  • Understanding of calibration processes
