PURPOSE:
- Extract and analyze data to monitor product and process performance.
- Support defect reduction strategies.
- Manage the calibration process.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Technical National Higher Diploma
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Green Belt advantageous)
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years in Quality, Process, or Statistical environments (3 to 5 years preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and improve statistical reports for process monitoring.
- Use macros and visualization tools to track defects and product quality.
- Extract and analyze SAP data for scrap and claims insights.
Continuous Improvement
- Support Six Sigma and CI projects with data analysis.
- Assist in Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for process improvements.
Calibration Management
- Ensure timely calibration of measuring equipment via Shopware.
- Maintain accurate service records for traceability.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong statistical analysis (MSA, SPC)
- Data extraction & visualization (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, SAP, Shopware)
- Understanding of calibration processes
