As a Sales Development Representative, youll play a key role in helping Jiffjaff's clients grow by booking qualified appointments with decision-makers in target industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Booking qualified meetings and handing over to Account Executives
  • Using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage leads and pipeline
  • Achieving 20 qualified meetings per month
  • Contributing directly to client revenue through quality lead generation

Compensation & Commission:

  • Base Salary: R25,000 R30,000 p.m.
  • Commission: £20 ( R350) per qualified appointment
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE):
    Base ±R300,000 p.a.
    Commission ±R84,000 p.a.
    Total ±R384,000 p.a.
  • Uncapped Commission: The more you deliver, the more you earn!
