About the job SDR - Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, youll play a key role in helping Jiffjaff's clients grow by booking qualified appointments with decision-makers in target industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Booking qualified meetings and handing over to Account Executives
- Using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage leads and pipeline
- Achieving 20 qualified meetings per month
- Contributing directly to client revenue through quality lead generation
Compensation & Commission:
- Base Salary: R25,000 R30,000 p.m.
- Commission: £20 ( R350) per qualified appointment
- On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Base ±R300,000 p.a.
Commission ±R84,000 p.a.
Total ±R384,000 p.a. - Uncapped Commission: The more you deliver, the more you earn!

- Examples of previous B2B sales or lead generation success
- Your process for outreach: How do you structure emails, LinkedIn messages, or cold calls?
- Experience using CRMs and outbound sales tools
- Metrics: Appointments booked, targets met/exceeded, pipeline managed
- Communication skills how you build rapport and qualify prospects
- Enthusiasm for working with UK clients and growing in international SaaS or tech sales
