Recruitment Administrator, Western Cape, R15,000- R17,500-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants
- Format CVs to a professional standard
- Assist with candidate screening and reference checks
- Run background and verification checks
- Manage and update our ATS/CRM systems
- Keep recruitment workflows running smoothly from start to finish
Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in a recruitment support/administrative role
- Experience with ATS or CRM platforms (you know your way around tech tools)
- Exceptional attention to detail, you catch the small stuff others miss
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a pro
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with job boards , PNet, Executive Placements, Career24 or Career Junction (Advantageous)
- Experience sourcing candidates ( advantageous)
