What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading daily operations across air and road freight divisions

• Driving performance, process improvement, and operational efficiency

• Managing budgets, contracts, risk, and compliance across all business functions

• Partnering with the CEO to define and execute strategic growth plans

• Leading and mentoring teams while building a strong, values-driven culture

• Enhancing customer experience and service delivery

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in the transport industry (air & road freight a plus)

• At least 5 years in a senior leadership/COO-level role

• A solid grasp of operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service

• Proven track record in risk management, compliance, and performance analysis

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

• Hands-on experience with operational systems, budgets, and reporting tools

• Ability to work under pressure, after-hours, and manage cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transport, or related field

• Experience with CRM, ERP, and financial systems

• Strong data analytics and reporting ability

• Deep understanding of cost control, revenue management, and team productivity

• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
