Location: Remote
Salary: $1,700 - $2,700 per month (Approximately R32,385 to R51,435)+ Performance Bonuses + Potential Stock Options
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
The COO will play a critical role in overseeing the service delivery side of the business, ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and overall success of outbound marketing campaigns. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in outbound marketing, specifically cold calling. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple client accounts and sales development representatives (SDRs) simultaneously. An entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued, as this role will function similarly to that of a founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage outbound marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
  • Lead and support SDR teams, ensuring top-tier performance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Develop operational processes and strategies to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align company goals with service delivery objectives.
  • Optimize team performance through coaching, training, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance outbound marketing efforts.

  • Proven experience in outbound marketing, particularly cold calling.
