About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Optimization Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. Reporting to the Head of Design and working closely with the Optimisation & Analysis team, this role is crucial in ensuring deal quality, image approvals, and system updates to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Optimisation & Prioritisation

  • Conduct subcategory reviews of deals to assess completeness and quality.
  • Rate deals on a scoring system to assist with prioritization.
  • Review deals on the Optimisation Schedule weekly to ensure they meet checklist requirements.
  • Flag missing information and liaise with relevant teams to obtain necessary details.

AI Image Approval

  • Review and approve AI-generated images to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Reject images that do not meet quality criteria and maintain structured lists for decision-making.

A/B Testing & Reporting

  • Conduct weekly reviews of ongoing A/B tests, identifying high-performing and underperforming deals.
  • Compile reports summarizing test results for management review and strategy adjustments.

System Updates & Uploads

  • Upload successful A/B test results (including images and copy) to the main system.
  • Ensure approved images are uploaded correctly for testing.

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge (beneficial but not essential).
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Professional work ethic with a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

Working hours follow UK time zones.

Office-based role with remote work on Fridays.

Candidates should reside in Cape Town and be available to work from the Century City office.
