Location: Brackenfell, Cape Town (Hybrid)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively convert qualified leads into long-term clients, managing the full business development cycle.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and site visits across Cape Town to strengthen client relationships and close deals.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and standards in every engagement.
  • Work closely with technical teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Deliver key market feedback and insights to guide strategic growth.
  • Support and enhance marketing efforts to increase visibility and attract new business.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or land surveying industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (frequent travel required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction environments and client expectations.
  • Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.

Package & Remuneration

  • R1,000 basic salary per day
