      Job Summary:
      We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales across the Western Cape, The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English, with a proven track record in sales to retailers in the hardware industry, specifically plumbing. This role requires a dynamic leader who is capable of managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth within the assigned region.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Sales Management:

        • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
        • Actively manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders in the hardware and plumbing industries.
      • Customer Engagement:

        • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
      • Operational Efficiency:

        • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
        • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the National Sales Manager.
        • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

      Requirements:

      • Education:

        • A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous.
      • Experience:

        • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales within the hardware or plumbing industry.
        • Proven experience selling to retailers.
      • Skills & Competencies:

        • Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential.
        • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
        • Leadership and team management capabilities.
        • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
      • Other Requirements:

        • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the regions.
        • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

      Remuneration:
      A market-related package, including base salary, commission, and benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate.
