About the client:

The platform lets users book appointments 24/7 and provides salon partners with software to manage schedules, clients, staff, and promotions. It supports over 75,000 salons across multiple countries and drives bookings through both its marketplace and salon-branded tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload pre-written content into our internal tools to create and update help center articles in the public knowledge base, making sure the wording follows our internal glossary and products.

  • Review and apply correct formatting and structure in line with established internal guidelines, ensuring content is user-friendly

  • Proofread articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and overall readability.

  • Perform quality checks on already published articles to identify and correct formatting issues or inconsistencies.

  • Manage multiple article requests and small tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Follow documented processes precisely, raising any questions or blockers when something is unclear or not working as expected.
