Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Salary: R15,000 R20,000 Basic + Commission
Overview:
A dynamic UK - sales company is looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their remote team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. As an SDR, you will be responsible for making 100 calls daily to connect with prospects, create a great first impression of the brand, and work closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement: Proactively connect with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads.
- First Impressions: Create a positive first impression of the company, setting the tone for future interactions and building trust with prospects.
- Educate Prospects: Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Qualification of Leads: Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and alignment with the company's offerings, ensuring they are a good fit for the business.
- Lead Filtering: Identify and filter out prospects that do not meet the company's criteria, allowing the sales team to focus on high-potential leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share valuable insights about prospects and ensure smooth transitions for qualified leads.
- Sales Funnel Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system and regularly update the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful lead generation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and stay motivated to meet daily call and performance targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools is essential.
- Target-Oriented: Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with set daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
