About the Role:

We are seeking a Course Creator with a strong UX/UI design background to develop engaging, high-quality educational content. You will play a key role in shaping learning experiences that empower students and professionals to master UX/UI design concepts. This role combines your expertise in instructional design with real-world design principles to create impactful, user-friendly courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Development: Design and develop engaging online courses focused on UX/UI principles, design tools, and best practices.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality materials, including video scripts, presentations, tutorials, and interactive assignments.
  • Tool Integration: Incorporate tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design software into learning modules.
  • Curriculum Design: Build structured, modular learning paths that cater to beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
  • User-Centered Focus: Ensure courses align with UX/UI design standards, promoting practical application through real-world examples.
  • Learning Outcomes: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align course outcomes with industry requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect learner feedback and optimize content to improve engagement and comprehension.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in UX/UI Design, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing design expertise.
  • 2+ years of experience in course development, e-learning, or instructional design.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
  • Exceptional content creation skills with experience in structuring educational modules.
  • Ability to translate complex design concepts into clear, engaging learning content.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant course development.
  • Video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
