STOCK CONTROLLER PACKAGING

Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and driven by accuracy? We are looking for a Stock Controller who will play a critical role in ensuring packaging and consumable stock accuracy to support seamless production operations.


Job details: 

  • Report daily packaging stock counts to production planning and procurement.

  • Ensure all issued packaging/consumables balance with production output.

  • Capture all stock movements accurately on SAGE Pastel.

  • Reconcile physical stock vs system stock (SAGE & Excel).

  • Conduct spot cycle counts and verify stock accuracy.

  • Assist with Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs) and customer invoicing queries.

  • Manage monthly stock takes and variance analysis.

  • Process and track stock returns effectively.

  • Ensure end-to-end stock integrity across all packaging locations on site.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) essential.

  • 2-3 years stock control experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on experience with SAGE Pastel (stock modules).

  • Intermediate Excel skills required.

  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Attention to detail and confident in addressing discrepancies.
