Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (Mathematics: E or higher / Maths Literacy: C or higher)
  • Degree in Marketing or Communication
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Marketing/Communication environment
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in writing, editing, and proofreading

Responsibilities:

The Communication Team Leader ensures that all communication is timely, efficient, cost-effective, and meets all guidelines, standards, and expectations. The role involves:

  • Creating a positive and productive work environment
  • Coaching and motivating team members
  • Managing stakeholder relations, ensuring requirements are met professionally

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook, and Internet
