About the Role:

As the Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients. Your role will involve managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You will also act as a strategic partner between internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships

  • Serve as the lead contact for all key accounts

  • Oversee the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients

  • Drive retention and growth through excellent service and strategic upselling

  • Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations

  • Monitor performance and report on account metrics and feedback


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Key Account Manager,

    Client Relationship Manager, or similar role
  • Experience within a corporate services, HR, financial services, or employee solutions environment is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Matric (essential); a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Must be based in Gauteng
