About the job Junior Mechatronics Engineer
My client is seeking a Junior Mechatronics Engineer to support the development and integration of control systems, combining electrical, mechanical, and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Control System Design & Development:
- Assist in designing and integrating automation and motion control systems with mechanical components.
- Support the development of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for machine integration.
Electrical & Programming:
- Interpret and create detailed electrical drawings to support control systems.
- Install and maintain electrical wiring and control system components according to safety standards.
- Participate in the programming and configuration of PLCs, servo drives, and automation controllers.
Project Management & Technical Support:
- Manage small-scale projects independently, from concept to completion.
- Perform technical calculations and simulations to support engineering projects.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, and optimization of automation systems.
Health, Safety & Quality:
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) standards where applicable.
Self-Development & Growth:
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry advancements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, electrical schematics, and automation systems.
