Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Prepress DTP Operator to join a dynamic team specializing in flexographic printing for the packaging industry. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and creativity to ensure the highest standards in print production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Artwork Preparation: Prepare and finalize artwork for print production, ensuring files meet the highest quality standards for flexographic printing.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks to ensure all files are print-ready and meet client and industry specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to understand client briefs and deliver outstanding results.
• Technical Expertise: Handle large volumes of information while considering design limitations and press requirements to deliver optimal print outcomes.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the prepress process.

Requirements:

• Flexographic Printing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the flexographic printing process is essential.
• Software Proficiency:
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Kodaks Prinergy workflow software is advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the repro field with a strong focus on packaging.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on precision and accuracy in prepress operations.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
