Location: Initially remote, transitioning to hybrid in Cape Town
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
As an Appointment Maker/Sales Agent , you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for supporting and driving the sales function of the business. Your main duties will include:
- Appointment Making & Lead Generation: Focus on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other creative ways to reach new prospects.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track progress and report on lead generation and appointment setting.
- Data Management: Build, scrape, cleanse, and enhance data to ensure accurate and updated prospect information.
- Networking: Attend expos, conferences, and networking events across the UK to meet potential clients and foster relationships.
- KPIs: Work towards and achieve set KPIs weekly, ensuring consistent results and measurable success.
- Demand Generation Activities: Support demand generation campaigns such as email outreach and other related tasks.
What Alchemy Films is Looking for:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B prospecting and appointment setting experience in the UK, ideally with a creative service provider, and a minimum of 2 years in telesales.
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
- Self-Motivation: A driven, focused individual who takes initiative and shows ambition in achieving sales targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with corporate clients while remaining adaptable in less formal settings.
