Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5+ years experience in technical B2B sales or industrial marketing
- Proven ability to meet targets and grow market share
- Confidence in managing long sales cycles and technical decision-makers
- Experience with thermal systems, steam, hot water, or similar technologies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and expand valuable client relationships, from initial contact through to contract closure
- Identify and develop growth opportunities in capital-intensive industries with long project horizons
- Lead the creation of technical solutions, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and operations
- Review specifications, design custom proposals, and ensure technical and commercial alignment
- Represent the brand at key industry events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives
- Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to sales strategy, innovation, and expansion planning
