Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5+ years experience in technical B2B sales or industrial marketing
  • Proven ability to meet targets and grow market share
  • Confidence in managing long sales cycles and technical decision-makers
  • Experience with thermal systems, steam, hot water, or similar technologies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand valuable client relationships, from initial contact through to contract closure
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities in capital-intensive industries with long project horizons
  • Lead the creation of technical solutions, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and operations
  • Review specifications, design custom proposals, and ensure technical and commercial alignment
  • Represent the brand at key industry events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives
  • Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to sales strategy, innovation, and expansion planning
