Looking for a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented thought leader to lead and grow our EE & Skills Development business units, delivering exceptional value to our clients and advancing transformation across South Africa.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll head up a critical business unit, drive growth, mentor junior consultants, and guide clients through complex EE and Skills Development landscapes with authority and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Grow: Take charge of the Employment Equity & Skills Development divisions, including strategy, business development, budgeting, and team leadership.

  • Client Engagement: Deliver expert consulting to a range of high-profile clients, while managing key stakeholder relationships (Department of Labour, SETAs, accreditation bodies, and more).

  • Consulting & Compliance: Guide EE committees, facilitate training, develop EE plans and WSP/ATR reports, and ensure full compliance with Employment Equity and Skills Development legislation.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent Transcend on panels, forums, and webinars as a respected voice in transformation, EE, and skills development.

  • Training & Audits: Deliver world-class training material and support clients through audits and Department of Labour inspections.

What Were Looking For:

An experienced, proactive, and highly organised professional with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the EE Act, Skills Development Act, and B-BBEE frameworks.

Must-Haves:

  • Registered Skills Development Facilitator

  • Extensive consulting experience in EE & Skills Development

  • Knowledge of B-BBEE scorecards, WSP/ATR reporting, and SETA liaison

  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior consultants

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written skills
