Junior Engineer

My client is looking for a Junior Engineer in the Manufacturing Industry to join our team at their Isando facility. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to production and ensure efficient process management.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production operations and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Train and support operational teams in best practices for equipment and processes.
• Manage technical inventory and procurement of necessary resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, fault-finding, and equipment testing.
• Understanding of quality systems, manufacturing processes, and safety standards.
