Your Mission:

Lead and manage the plant maintenance team, ensuring smooth and safe daily operations

Drive preventative and corrective maintenance strategies for maximum equipment uptime

Take charge of mechanical and electrical systems from boilers and steam systems to generation equipment

Roll up your sleeves to diagnose, repair, and optimize plant systems when needed

Ensure strict compliance with OHS Act, General Machinery Regulations, and labour legislation

Align maintenance activities with operational goals, stock control, and capital spares management
-
Build a performance-focused culture through mentoring, coaching, and leadership
️ What You Bring:
Qualifications:

Technical Diploma or Mechanical Engineering Degree
Experience:
-
2-4 years in a similar maintenance management role
-
At least 5 years in industrial maintenance/engineering
-
Proven knowledge of boilers, steam systems, power generation, and CMMS tools
-
Hands-on experience with OHS, SHERQ, and risk management protocols
