Role Overview:
The Lead Generation Associate will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients and creating new business opportunities. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Outreach: Identify potential clients through research, databases, and social media platforms. Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
• Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients, qualify leads, and pass them on to the sales team for further development.
• Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads and prospects.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to create ongoing business opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• ️ Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong research skills and attention to detail in data management.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
