The business is growing steadily and is seeking a driven individual to lead one of their high-traffic dealership locations in Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor all new vehicle sales processes and activities
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve performance targets
- Implement OEM and dealership sales strategies and standards
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient sales processes and service
- Monitor financial and operational performance of the department
- Collaborate with other departments to align business objectives
- Stay current on market trends and competitor activities
About You
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Manager role in an automotive environment
- Proven experience with OEM standards and processes (Ford experience essential)
- Strong organizational, financial, and sales process knowledge
- Visionary leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Deal closing proficiency
- Matric (Grade 12) and valid drivers license required
- Computer literate and comfortable with dealership systems
- Automotive industry experience is non-negotiable
Package & Remuneration
R25 000 R35 000 per month (basic salary, dependent on experience, skill set, and knowledge)
