The Role: Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients across the NHS and UK primary care sector. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads and set appointments for Account Executives. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare's digital transformation while developing your sales career in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research GP practices, PCNs, and Federations to generate leads

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects

  • Qualify leads based on their practice size, needs, and automation readiness

  • Book discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Stay up to date on NHS policy shifts, competitor offerings, and market trends

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and share feedback

About You

  • 1 - 2 years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, ideally in tech or healthcare

  • Strong communication skills, confident speaking to healthcare professionals

  • Proficient with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven

  • Knowledge of NHS structure and primary care operations is a plus

  • Familiarity with consultative sales techniques is beneficial
