The Role: Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients across the NHS and UK primary care sector. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads and set appointments for Account Executives. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare's digital transformation while developing your sales career in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and research GP practices, PCNs, and Federations to generate leads

Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects

Qualify leads based on their practice size, needs, and automation readiness

Book discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads

Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and ensure timely follow-ups

Stay up to date on NHS policy shifts, competitor offerings, and market trends

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and share feedback
About You

1 - 2 years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, ideally in tech or healthcare

Strong communication skills, confident speaking to healthcare professionals

Proficient with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office

Tech-savvy and eager to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven

Knowledge of NHS structure and primary care operations is a plus

Familiarity with consultative sales techniques is beneficial
