Job details:

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Build a solid pipeline of SME and corporate clients in the Boland area
  • Conduct in-person meetings to present and promote our solutions
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Act as the primary contact for client queries and support
  • Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery

Consultative & Solution Selling

  • Understand client needs and design tailored solutions
  • Present and sell our full portfolio of office automation and IT products
  • Negotiate rental finance and service level agreements

Sales Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM/ERP systems
  • Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and supporting documentation

Territory Management

  • Plan and manage regional travel efficiently
  • Prioritise high-opportunity activities based on ROI



Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years proven sales success, ideally in office automation, IT, or related sectors
  • Strong negotiation skills, especially in service agreements and rental finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a bonus

Technical Know-How

  • Solid IT knowledge and ability to explain technical concepts to clients
  • Background in office automation and managed services preferred

Language & Communication

  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Logistics

  • Own reliable and presentable vehicle with full business-use insurance (non-negotiable)
  • Valid South African drivers licence
  • Willing to travel within the region as needed
