      Role Overview

      They are looking for a Bilingual Administrator to support their Finance team. This role requires a strong background in administration and finance, along with the ability to manage bilingual communication efficiently. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in finance-related administrative tasks.

      Key Responsibilities

      Finance Administration:

      • Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy for both German and English-speaking clients.
      • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
      • Support basic bookkeeping tasks and prepare financial reports as needed.
      • Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.

      Client Support:

      • Act as a point of contact for German-speaking clients regarding financial queries and documentation.
      • Translate financial documents, invoices, and correspondence between German and English as required.
      • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve client account issues effectively.

      Administrative Tasks:

      • Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
      • Assist in preparing and updating financial procedures and policies.
      • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

      Qualifications & Skills

      Language Proficiency:

      • Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills (written and spoken).

      Education:

      • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

      Experience:

      • Proven experience in administration or finance-related roles.
      • Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
