The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and Federations. Your goal is to generate qualified leads, nurture relationships, and set up discovery calls for Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, tech-savvy individual eager to make an impact in the healthcare technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the NHS and primary care sector using tools like LinkedIn and CRM systems

  • Engage prospects through cold calls, personalised emails, and social media to introduce automation solutions

  • Qualify leads based on practice size, needs, and readiness for automation

  • Schedule meetings for Sales Executives with qualified leads

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring timely follow-ups

  • Stay informed on NHS trends, policies, and competitor offerings

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve lead quality

About You

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (healthcare or tech industry preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals

  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Highly adaptable, organised, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Resilient, results-driven, and eager to grow within a mission-led organisation
