What you will do:

• Coordinate and monitor truck movements using Soloplan and related systems
• Plan and schedule routes for maximum efficiency
• Manage driver dispatch, performance, and attendance
• Maintain real-time client communication and problem-solving
• Track delivery performance and ensure accurate documentation submission

What you need:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Fleet Controller in the freight and logistics industry
• At least 2 years experience in route planning, scheduling, and driver management
• Experience working with tautliners or tipper trucks (essential)
• Matric with a Transport or Logistics qualification (advantageous)
• Fluent in English, with Afrikaans conversational ability
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
