The Role: Journalist – Travel & Tourism (B2B)

The purpose of this role is to join the editorial team of Travel News and Tourism Update to serve travel professionals with business-to-business journalism. The role focuses on delivering news that readers rely on for accuracy and operational relevance while requiring the journalist to become an industry expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate journalism experience with published work.
• Produce daily trade-focused news articles.
• Conduct interviews with operators and tourism boards.
• Analyse policy and regulatory developments.
• Attend industry events and press briefings.
• Deliver work within agreed deadlines.
• Adopt a business-to-business mindset rather than a business-to-consumer approach.

• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
