The Role: Floor Leader
The Floor Leader acts as a primary point of contact on the retail floor, ensuring that both the team and the customers have everything they need. The focus area is maintaining a high-quality shopping environment and supporting daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide floor staff in delivering exceptional brand experiences

• Oversee the presentation and cleanliness of the retail space

• Assist in training and supporting new team members on the floor

• Handle customer interactions with a professional and helpful approach

• Support inventory control and stock organization on the sales floor

• Strong ability to remain organized under pressure
