What You Need to Bring

National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

5 years of retail sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent MS Office competency and familiarity with retail systems

A track record of meeting sales targets and driving business performance

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing sales performance and customer experience

Managing staff scheduling, development, and productivity

Ensuring efficient stock management, reconciliations, and loss control

Maintaining operational and administrative systems

Delivering standout visual merchandising and promotional execution

Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
