A growing company in the health, science, and compliance sector is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support operations across sales, logistics, training, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders
- Coordinate local and international shipments and courier bookings
- Manage supplier orders, tenders, and vendor documentation
- Coordinate training logistics, registrations, invoicing, and exams
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience with SAGE (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
