Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders
  • Coordinate local and international shipments and courier bookings
  • Manage supplier orders, tenders, and vendor documentation
  • Coordinate training logistics, registrations, invoicing, and exams
  • Maintain accurate digital filing systems and documentation
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experience with SAGE (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
