Cold Store Administrator – Montague Gardens – Market Related

We are recruiting for a reliable and detail-driven Cold Store Administrator to support day-to-day operations within a fast-paced warehouse and cold storage environment.

This role involves coordinating administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, supporting operational teams, and liaising with multiple internal departments. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised, and comfortable working under pressure.

Key requirements include:

  • 3–5 years administrative experience in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Strong computer literacy, with Excel proficiency essential
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work shifts, including night shift when required
  • ERP / SAP experience advantageous
