Key Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Help customers choose products and provide basic cooking or product information.

Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests politely and effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, food service, or a butchery environment is advantageous.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in cold environments and stand for extended periods.

Basic math skills for weighing, pricing, and portioning.

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
