The Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
This role is for a creative, detail-oriented digital marketer with a passion for social media and brand storytelling. You'll manage content and campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring each clients brand stands out. You'll work closely with a UK-based team to deliver engaging, on-brand messaging that drives visibility and engagement within the optical sector.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management

Create and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile

Write SEO-optimised, platform-specific copy in British English

Ensure all visual content meets 1080 x 1350 formatting standards

Manage community interactions with empathy and professionalism

Follow specific brand guidelines, including tone and tailored hashtag use

Collaborate with the UK team to align on campaign goals and execution

Remain available for up to three short check-ins per day during UK hours
About You

1–2 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing

Outstanding written English with a strong grasp of British grammar and tone

Detail-driven with excellent formatting and proofreading skills

Confident using social media scheduling and content tools

Positive, proactive, and open to learning from challenges

Strong communicator who works well with remote teams
