The Role: Investment Specialist
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and managing relationships with UHNW families while contributing to the firm's global investment strategy and operations. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to every aspect of wealth management from portfolio construction to family governance within a highly collaborative, world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with UHNW families through trusted advisory and strategic insights.

  • Prepare investment reports, proposals, and review documents for client meetings.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver tailored investment and wealth solutions.

  • Contribute to research, portfolio strategy, and due diligence across public and private markets.

  • Partner across teams investments, structuring, compliance, and client service to ensure seamless execution.

  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives, demonstrating initiative and accountability.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services, investments, or professional advisory.

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications (CFP, CFA, CA(SA), MBA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress.

  • Demonstrated passion for markets, investments, and wealth management.

  • Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with UHNW families.

  • Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a boutique, high-performance environment.
