Position Overview

We're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our recruitment sales team.
Your main responsibility will be prospecting and cold calling potential UK clients to generate interest in our EOR services and book discovery calls with our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, driven by results, and passionate about helping businesses scale efficiently through offshore hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential UK-based clients.
  • Use Close CRM to manage your pipeline, log calls, and track follow-ups.
  • Communicate and collaborate internally via Slack.
  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Clearly explain the value of our EOR service,  focusing on cost savings, compliance, and access to talent.
  • Set up a minimum of 4 qualified video discovery calls per day for the BDM team.
  • Work closely with BDMs and management to continuously refine call scripts, outreach strategy, and client targeting.
  • Maintain a professional, energetic, and persuasive approach during every interaction.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-5 years of experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role (preferably B2B).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
  • Experience using Close CRM or similar (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
  • Familiarity with EOR, outsourcing, or recruitment services is advantageous.
