A Civil Construction company specializing in paving, roads, low bridges, private works and civil construction seeks an Junior Site Forman to induct new employees, allocate teams, train and evaluate staff, ensure that team leaders and operators receive all necessary information from Surveyor prior to start of process, ensure that discipline is maintained in team and hours of work are adhere to and check that watchmen are on duty. You will do weekly plans and monitor progress against target and report any problems. You will manage plant, materials, contract and costs. English and Afrikaans and Own car (company bakkie will be issued at offices to get to and from sites). Min 3yrs experience in Civils as a Site Foreman
