The Role: Sales Development Representative
This role exists to support senior sales and consulting teams by initiating outbound conversations and securing qualified meetings with decision-makers. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying interest, and booking meetings, acting as the first point of contact in the sales cycle. The position is designed for entry-level to early-career sales professionals looking to grow within a structured, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

0–2 years of outbound sales, telesales, call centre or SDR experience in a phone-based role

Conduct outbound calls to senior business and IT decision-makers

Present a clear and professional value proposition over the phone

Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria

Book and confirm qualified meetings in the calendar system

Accurately capture call outcomes and prospect details in the CRM

Follow call scripts and sales guidelines while maintaining natural conversation flow

Work towards weekly and monthly meeting-booking targets

Support lead generation activities via LinkedIn and social media, where required

Compensation and Progression

Base Salary: £700 per month (aprox. R15 443,18) + Great incentive/commission structure
